My Nokia does not have composer. Can I still get free tones?
Although your Nokia phone does not have the composer function, you are still able to add ringtones. The only way most people have of adding ringtones to these handsets is by using sms text messaging.
You can send yourself a text message containing a ringtone on most networks and with most Nokia handsets, allowing you to add a new ringtone to your Nokia phone for just the cost of a text message (which are often free on many tariffs!). This allows you to change your Nokia tone on a regular basis without having to pay per tone.
By converting RTTTL keypress ringtones into a Nokia Binary format, you are then able to sms the tone to your own phone! You'll need a software converter application to convert these tones into this format for your phone. Full instructions are
included with the free demo ringtones
software. Please check compatibility before purchasing the full version.

Do you send free tones directly to mobile phones?
The free ringtones we send out weekly are in our ringtones
update newsletter. They are keypress tones. These ring tones are also available at anytime directly from
our ringtones database. You simply search for the tone you would like. We have an entire listing so you can see what we have in our database.
We do not send free ring tones directly to cell phones, but you can purchase
discount tones, cell phone wallpaper and games from our premium
cell phone services site.

My Motorola does not have composer function. Can I still get free tones?
By converting RTTL keypress ringtones into a SMS/Binary format, you are then able to sms the tone to your own phone! You'll need a
ringtones software converter application to convert these tones into this format for your phone. Full instructions are included.
You can download a free demo prior to purchasing.
The Motorola binary format is accepted by a number of Motorola handsets including the V50, V100, T191, T192, T250 and Accompli 008.
You can transmit the binary string to the phone by sms, cable or infra red.
IMPORTANT: The Motorola binary format is NOT supported by the v60, v66 and C300 handsets or by Motorola polyphonic handsets.
For these phones, you can get discount ringtones, games and wallpapers from
our premium cell phone
services site.

Do you have free screen savers, games and wallpaper?

I ordered a tone from your premium service but it has not come yet. What should I do?
Before ordering any tones please make sure you test your phone. Not all phones are able to receive tones via sms
or wap. It depends on the type of phone you have and your service provider. We
take no responsibility for purchases made if the phone was not tested first.
If you did test your phone and it was successful then please try to resend tone from your "my orders" page.
If this does not work, please submit
a support request and a technician will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

I am not receiving the weekly updates that I signed up for. Why?
This could be for a few reasons.
- You need to confirm your subscription via the link that is sent to you in the confirmation email. If you do not confirm, your update will not be sent.
- If your mailbox is full at the time of mailout then it will automatically be rejected and your email address is automatically taken off the mailing list.
- If your email address is not recorded correctly the email will reject.

When I keypress the tones into my phone the screen shows something different to what I am putting in. What am I doing wrong?
The number in the keypress sequence represents what you should press on your phones keypad. What shows up on your screen, when you press the keypad, is the actual note of the ringtone. It will not look the same and does not mean you are doing anything wrong.

I accidentally hit the unsubscribe link when subscribing to the weekly update. Can you resubscribe me please?
Unfortunately you will need to resubscribe
yourself. Due to spamming laws we cannot subscribe you ourselves.
