Hi, I'm hesitant to post up my top performers as you can understand; but something I would like to point out is that an affiliate offer performing well on one site mightn't perform too well on another site even if it's the same genre; as each site's layout and readership varies widely. A good place to start out is with Google Adsense (which I do ok from) or YPN (Yahoo's equivalent) as it's so easy to implement. I also suggest joining up with Commission Junction and ShareASale as they are reliable payers with a good selection of merchants - from there, it's a case of selecting merchants that fit in your niche. I'm a big believer in not just throwing up banners about a product, but to create an article about the product or related to the product - works well. The exception there is Adsense as the scenario is reversed, given that it's contextual advertising it should be able to pick up on the topic of a page and show relevant ads; which certainly helps click rates.

I am not into affiliate marketing yet, but I am planning to be. Specially after reading your article. Could you post your top performers, or is that classified info?

Thanks!
